A Function $\bf{f:\mathbb{R}\rightarrow \mathbb{R}}$ is Defined by $\bf{f(x) = \frac{ax^2+6x-8}{a+6x-8x^2}}$ .Then

$(1)\;\;$ Find the Interval in which function $\bf{f(x)}$ is onto.

$(2)\;\;$ Is the Given function is one to one for $\bf{a = 3}$
